Welcome to The Art of Style LLC dba BABE YOGA! We’re thrilled to have you join our community. By participating in our classes and activities, you agree to the following terms and conditions covering your use of our website, online accounts/profiles, in-studio services, event / retreat participation, and any other purchases.
Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and services provided by BABE YOGA, including but not limited to logos, text, images, and videos, are the property of BABE YOGA and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any materials is strictly prohibited and BABE YOGA reserves the right to protect and prosecute against infringement.
User ONLINE Account and profile
To participate in our classes, you may need to create a user account including a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any issues you may be having. You can update your account information at any time through your account settings. Please keep your information current to ensure you receive important updates and information regarding your classes.
Health and Safety
By participating in any heated fitness activities at BABE YOGA, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks of injury or medical complications especially with the heated environment. It’s important that you consult with a physician before starting any fitness program and share any relevant medical conditions or limitations with us. The yoga instructors do not have sufficient medical training or expertise to assist in case of an emergency or health issue.
At BABE YOGA, we strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for all our gorgeous and confident participants; however, you assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during your time here. We are not liable for any claims arising from your failure to disclose medical information or any illness, injury, or damages that may occur from your participation in any or all of our classes or activities at the studio as there are inherent risk with any exercise or physical activities at the studio.
Additionally, BABE YOGA may implement health and safety protocols to enhance your experience and ensure everyone's well being. You explicitly authorize BABE YOGA to call or seek medical emergency services in the rare instances that it may be necessary.

Payment and Fees
Payment in full is required to reserve your place in any class. We accept various payment methods, which will be specified at checkout. Prices are subject to change, and you will be notified of any changes before they take effect.
Limitations of Liability / waiver agreement
By enrolling as a student of Babe Yoga, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I have been examined by a licensed physician within the past six months and am physically able to participate in yoga classes.
I understand that practicing yoga and using related props or equipment involve risks of injury or death, which I knowingly and voluntarily assume.
I will follow all instructions given by Babe Yoga instructors regarding how and when to perform yoga exercises, and I accept responsibility for any injuries resulting from deviating from those instructions.
I will not hold Babe Yoga, its partners, instructors, or employees liable for injuries caused in whole or part by my failure to follow instructions or by any undisclosed physical conditions.
I understand that instruction is limited to yoga theory and exercise, and Babe Yoga’s duty of care is limited accordingly.
If I am pregnant, I will consult my doctor before attending classes, follow their advice, and release Babe Yoga from liability for injuries to myself or my fetus arising from failure to follow medical guidance.
I accept full responsibility for any valuables I bring into the studio or leave in my car. Babe Yoga is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
I understand that water may create slippery surfaces in the studio, showers, and restrooms, and I use these areas at my own risk.
I release, indemnify, and hold harmless ART OF STYLE dba BABE YOGA, its staff, owners, and affiliates from any injury, disability, illness, death, or property damage related to my participation or use of the studio’s facilities and services.
If I am under 18 years old, I have disclosed my age to Babe Yoga.
Cancellations and Refunds
Unless otherwise specified, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a $20 fee, as outlined in our policies. Please check our website for specific cancellation policies related to workshops or special events.
FREEZE FRAME
Chill out and freeze your membership for up to three months once each year with a cool written request to heybabe@babeyoga.com, delivered at least 14 days before your next billing crescendo.
FOOD AND DRINK
To maintain our zen atmosphere, outside food and beverages (other than water) are off-limits inside the Babe Lounge.
ETIQUETTE ELEGANCE
Join us in radiating respect and kindness to both staff and fellow yogis. Disrespect may lead to a gentle, yet firm, invitation to leave.
FACILTIY POISE
After heart-filled use, please return props to maintain our sanctuary’s tidiness.
Secure your treasures in our lockers and lock them away to prevent misplacement. We can't claim responsibility for lost or stolen items, but we'll offer soulful sympathy.
Phones are welcome, yet to preserve sacred space, they must rest silently locked away. Snap memories before and after class – only good vibes, please!
OTHER / GOVERNING LAW
Additional terms may apply to specific services or features offered by BABE YOGA. We will inform you of such terms at the time of enrollment or registration. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Orange County.
PRIVACY POLICY
The Art of Style LLC dba BABE YOGA may collect personal information that you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account or register for classes. We also gather non-personal information about your interactions with our website and services. Your information may be used for purposes such as processing payments, communicating with you about your classes, and improving our services. We will never sell your information to third parties. Check our website for details on the applicable fees. We ensure that your personal information is stored securely. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. However, we may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our studio.
By submitting content or materials to BABE YOGA (including reviews, testimonials, or images), you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content for promotional and marketing purposes including digital, social. media, printed media and any other promotional work. Please ensure any content you submit complies with our community guidelines. By registering for classes or signing up for our newsletter, you agree to receive communications from BABE YOGA. You can opt out of these communications at any time.
